it has the in feed system for the preforms and has a full set of moulds 2ltr size aka cocoal type.

The machinery consists of:
- 24 station rotary blower equipped with 24 2 litre coco cola style moulds.
- 28mm neck and petaloid base.
- Heating wheel with 24 heating stations.
- Control cabinet for heaters with Siemens S5 controller.
- Unscrambler with control cabinet and access ladder.
- 1 control cabinet to control 5 chillers units.
- 1 water storage tank for chilled water.
- 1 box of cable with plugs for heating ovens.
The rotary blowing machine and control cabinet are in good order. New drive belts are required. The control system was updated in 2005 with a B&R plc system, which is still currently in use and parts are ex stock. The machine was set up to feed the bottles through a latex coating system with a robot interfaced with the machine. The robot and latex coating system is not available. There is also no air conveyor to remove the finished bottle.
The 24 station heating wheel is in good condition. Some belts, bearings and a good clean are required. Some heating lamps require replacement. The control cabinet for the heaters is in sound condition. The power supply for the S5 is missing, but new units are available. The telemechaniqueinverter drives are obsolete, but can be tested, repaired or replaced with modern units, if required. The unscrambler appears to be in good condition but is missing the preform track to the preform loading station. We can manufacture a new one.
The two air cooled water chillers are old units running on R22 gas which is now withdrawn and it is recommended that the gas is replaced with R410A.
Also these chillers will not work in air temps above 30 c.
