CBW Automation Lid Stacking System made in about 1993.

the largest size that it was used it for was about 120mm dia.

The machine can convert to stack varying sizes, the smallest we used it for was about 77mm dia (It will do smaller than that) and the largest was the 603 lid, it may do larger than that. There was no pre-feed hopper it can be feed straight from the machine or via a conveyor. The system is 3 phase.

The disk unscrambler unit is 1080 × 1020 × 560 high, the actual bowl is a diameter of 900mm.

The Conveyor unit is 2000mm length and about 700mm wide, the roller unit is 2300mm length and about 600mm wide.
