“This modern single heater type automatic thermoforming machine is constructed within a strong mild steel box section framework, guarded with wire mesh panels integral to the main frame, and suitably finished with neatly fitting sheet metal panels which are easily removable to provide access into any part of the machine.
The machine is designed to operate on manual or automatic mode and icludes all sequences associated with any thermoforming operation.
The unit is fitted with reel feed, indexed electronically by timed sequence through geared motor linked to a short pin chain drive for material transport.
Electrics : All electric controls are housed in the main control box at the fornt of the machine, the panel of which is clearly engraved from black and white traffolite. …”
The machine is for sale and available immediately as seen. Plant registration form stating age of 1994 and a power requirement of 3 Phase / 32 Amp socket.
Please note, this machine has never been used and simply bought and never commissioned for production use. Production Hours run is 0! It has sat idle in the corner of the factory (dry and warm) for a contract which did not continue/come about as planned. If they have a budget in mind we may consider a lower price.
